Roy Blume

Roy Blume is a commercial real estate and business brokerage professional specializing in retail and restaurant properties across Southern California. With extensive experience in business acquisition, disposition, and project management, he has led complex redevelopment and repositioning projects, including historic hospitality venues. Roy is known for his practical, relationship-driven approach to helping business owners and investors navigate growth and transition.

Roy has served as President of the Arcadia Association of Realtors and previously as a member of its Board of Directors. He also served for several years on the Board of Directors for the California Association of Realtors, contributing to policy, governance, and industry leadership at a statewide level. He is well versed in Robert’s Rules of Order and brings strong governance, leadership, and meeting facilitation skills to board service.

Of Dutch-Indonesian heritage, Roy’s family history traces back to Sumatra, where his parents were born before being displaced to the Netherlands following Indonesia’s independence after World War II.
